What are tokens and how do they work?

Tokens are used when you use AI features like email processing, smart scheduling, task prioritization, and generating insights. Basic viewing doesn't consume tokens.

What's the difference between Starter and Professional plans?

Starter is free with 20 daily tokens for basic AI features. Professional offers 100 daily tokens, advanced AI processing, and priority support.

Can I buy additional tokens?

Yes! You can purchase 2000 additional tokens anytime. These tokens are valid for 90 days from purchase.

How does the AI learn my preferences?

Our AI analyzes your interaction patterns, email responses, and scheduling preferences to continuously improve its suggestions.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption, never sell your data, and you can delete everything at any time.

What happens if I run out of tokens?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can either wait for the daily reset, purchase additional tokens, or upgrade to Professional for more daily tokens.

Do unused tokens roll over?

Daily tokens reset each day and don't roll over. However, purchased additional tokens remain valid for 90 days.

Can I customize the AI's behavior?
